Artist's Description
African women are very fashionable, and sometimes very simple. This is typical of women from the ethnic groups of Mamfe, Cameroon. This painting portrays the natural beauty of an Enyang woman from Ntenako village, Mamfe. Her decorative outfit (a head scarf, lace blouse and loincloth) makes a fashion statement of elegance even without much jewelry.
The original oil painting on canvas is gorgeously framed, museum-style!!
